Refund Policy

We want TradeLog Site to be a fair deal for every crew. This Refund Policy explains when subscription payments may be refunded.
TradeLog Site is operated by Samone Hinsley doing business as LionSync, a sole proprietor located in Nebraska, United States. Subscription purchases are sold through Paddle as the Merchant of Record, and may also be subject to the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms and Paddle Refund Policy.
1. Subscription refunds
TradeLog Site is a recurring subscription. Refund eligibility applies only to the most recent subscription charge, not to historical charges.
2. Refund window
You may request a refund of your most recent subscription payment within 14 days of that charge. After 14 days, charges are considered final.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@tradelogsite.com from the email address on your TradeLog Site account with:
- Your company / workspace name
- The date and amount of the charge
- A brief reason for the refund request
We aim to respond within a few business days.
4. Payment processor and Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for TradeLog Site subscriptions. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle and typically settle within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
5. No guarantee of refunds outside the window
Refund requests received more than 14 days after the charge are generally not eligible. We may, at our sole discretion, issue goodwill refunds in exceptional cases, but this is not guaranteed.
6. Cancellation vs. refund
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund past payments. Past payments are only refunded if explicitly approved under this policy.
7. Free trial
The 7-day free trial is not a charge and therefore is not refundable. If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, you simply lose access until a subscription is started.
